Returns

Return policy

The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.
We don´t refund the original shipping fees (even if you return one item or full order)
You can return the products within 30 days of delivery
The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached
Fill out the return paper that came with your order
If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
You can pick new size in reason code Too big or Too small and then we ship you new sizes for free. Let us know if we should proceed that faster for you.
