Your order will be delivered to the address you gave us at the time you made the order on the site, make sure you enter the correct adress. if you have entered a incorrect adress, please contact us here.
The delivery will normally reach you in:
- 1-3 working days when ordering from Sweden
- 2-14 working days in Europe,
- 5-15 working days for the rest of the world.
Orders placed before 14.00 (2 p.m.) CET (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:45 a.m., or on a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day.
We send with Posten.
Make sure you choose the correct store to make your order, you can choose between our EURO, USD or SEK store.
The shipping cost is 30 SEK within Sweden.
Free shipping in Sweden for orders over 1200 SEK.
Shipping cost rest of the world: 70 SEK / 7 EUR / 9 USD
Free shipping in the rest of the world for orders over 1500 SEK / 150 EUR / 150 USD

Please note that local taxes and other charges may occur when shipping outside Sweden.
When we have “free shipping campaigns” other terms and amount may appear.
CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
- We have a 14 day return policy (except during XMAS period, see below). Items with reduced price/campaign items must be returned within 14 days!
Explanations of our return policy (cancellation, exchange and return) can be found below.
- All placed orders during 15 November 2016 to 23 December 2016 will have a extended return policy. These orders can be returned or exchanged the 4 January 2017 at latest.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Bikinis and Swimwear for hygenic reasons.

- You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, except during Christmas.
- The product must be in new condition with tags still attached.
- The return is made at your own cost.
- To avoid an complications mark the package RETURNED GOODS and fill out the return paper that came with your order.

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- If the returned product/products is dirty (make-up etc) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear.
According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice here before sending back your order.
Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days of your cancellation.
The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.
If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of the them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days from the collection of the goods.
We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

You have the right to exchange your goods within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
The return of the item is made at your own cost.
If you want to make a complaint contact us here as soon as the damages is noticed, but not later than 7 days after delivery.
When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably a picture.
If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost.
