We decided to jump on the baked oats bandwagon and definitely weren't disappointed! Honestly one of the yummiest breakfasts, we definitely recommend giving it a try. Not only is it super easy, but is the perfect recipe if you have a sweet tooth!
1/3 cup oats
1 serve protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup plant milk
1 dash of maple syrup
- Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F.
- In a blender, put all the ingredients except the cinnamon and the chocolate chips. Blend together.
- Pour into a ramekin and top with chopped banana, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.
