Clarifying information during BLACK WEEK 🖤

🖤 We have a large number of more orders to handle during such a wonderful period as Black Week - thus we ask for patience and understanding that the delivery takes longer than normal. In a heavy time where the shipping companies work as hard as they can, it is important to follow the shipment link that was sent out in connection with your order being packed.

 🖤 If you want to stop and cancel an order, we can only do this as long as the order has NOT been passed on for packing. Email your order number to hello@aimn.com 

🖤 If you want to make changes to the order, either products or size, we can unfortunately not make these adjustments.

🖤 Address changes can only be made as long as the order is not sent for packaging. Please email your order number and CLEARLY what change is to be made.

🖤 Discount codes that are not active for this particular period are not possible to combine with the discounted prices available on the website.

🖤 If you want to make a return on your finds you made during Black Week, we can not offer you the same prices for the goods again if you reorder in a new size. The reduced prices that apply during Black Week are unique for the period.

 

CHRISTMAS GIFTS 

If you bought a Christmas presents from us, we have extended the opportunity to return an order made between 20/11 - 7/1, 30 days full return are possible. As usual, this presupposes that the garment is unused and salable. 

 

  • The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.
  • You can return the products within 30 days of delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address!

The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. Please be aware of that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. These costs are nothing we can refund the customer.

Returns

 Return policy

  • The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.
  • You can return the products within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached
  • Fill out the return paper that came with your order
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
  • If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
  • For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear

Reclaim policy

  • Make sure you check all items as soon as you receive them.
  • If you want to make a complaint contact us at hello@aimn.com as soon as you notice the damage on your item, but not later than 7 days after delivery. 
  • When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us photos of the damage to hello@aimn.com
  • If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund you the money as soon as we received the return.
